First, an apology for being AWOL, and the lack of blog posts. This election–you might have heard of it, between Barack Obama and Emperor Palpatine?–is kicking my ass. And some of you know that I’m in school at night at Johns Hopkins, finishing my master’s, and my final draft of my thesis is due Monday. So, in short: kill me now.

We’ve got a ton of great blog posts in the works, if I can get through the next week. Be patient folks, they’re comin’.

In the meantime, check out this video of vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin (may this be the last day I have an excuse to post anything about this moose hunting hillbilly dingbat). She says that Bill Ayers is a terrorist, but she “doesn’t know” if people who have bombed abortion clinics and KILLED people can be called the T-word. Oh, and she also has said Obama is not only “pals around with terrorists,” but he also represents the spectre of a socialist state. (Kudos to Obama for getting attacked with both old school and new school scare-mongering).

Let’s get the logic: People who burn SUVs are “terrorists.” Nuns are terrorists. People who release mink from fur farms are “terrorists.”

But people who bomb federal buildings and kill people aren’t terrorists, and religious nut jobs who murder doctors aren’t, either.

Remember when Judge Aiken, who presided over the “Operation Backfire” Earth Liberation Front cases, said this terrorist scare-mongering is not political? Riiiiiiiight.

If those fetuses (fetii) are given a chance to grow up they are just going to end up being sinners and terrorists like the lot of em, they'll probably even have a couple abortions themselves, so what's un-American about a good ole pre-emptive strike against them? BOOYAH, BABY OSAMA WOULDA-BEEN LADENS!

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!

I joined thousands of people who marched to the White House last night spontaneously, shutting down streets along the way and having a blast. My favorite chant from some people in the crowd in front of the White House: "Pack yo shit up!"

  • We can hope Obama's victory has brought in a more reasonable, more compassionate perspective.

I don't think you're going to get a lot of pull in this arena where most people realize how ludacrous it is to put the potential interests of fetuses above the actual interests of real people.

Although, I think your effort is positively adorable.

PS: If you were truly pro-life, you would understand that the only way to fully exemplify your beliefs would be to abstain from murdering and consuming all animals. Human and non-human.
    I'll pray for that.
  • You seem to imply there is something wrong if a babykilling abortion mill is burned or bomb. Which do you prefer, a pile of bricks or a pile of dead babies? Innocent unborn babies deserve to be protected just as born children deserve to be protected. You would have no problem protecting born children if they were about to be murdered.
SAY THIS PRAYER: Dear Jesus, I am a sinner and am headed to eternal hell because of my sins. I believe you died on the cross to take away my sins and to take me to heaven. Jesus, I ask you now to come into my heart and take away my sins and give me eternal life.

"Palin Says “I Don’t Know” If Anti-Abortion Murderers are Terrorists"

There are so many thing Palin does not know, so this doesn't surprise me. While I'll be glad we no longer have the spectre of a possible President Palin hanging over our heads, I will miss the comedy she inspired, if you don't laugh you will cry.
