Hey everyone,
There are a few speaking events coming up back to back on the East Coast next month, and I’ll be posting the details as I get them. Here’s info on a lunchtime event at NYU…

Green Scare event at NYU with Will Potter & Heidi Boghosian

NYU’s Students for Education on Animal Liberation (SEAL) are hosting a Green Scare event on Wednesday, March 7th, at 12:30pm in NYU’s Kimmel Center, room 909. The event will feature award-winning journalist, Will Potter, and executive director of the National Lawyer’s Guild, Heidi Boghosian (their bios are at the bottom of the e-mail). The speakers will discuss first amendment rights, free speech, and address the
government’s effort to silence free speech and label animal rights and environmental activists as terrorists. The event is free and open to the public, but non-NYU students will have to present an ID to get into the
building. Refreshments will be served.

WHEN: Wednesday, March 7th, 12:30pm
WHERE: NYU’s Kimmel Center, room 909
60 Washington Square South
