I’ve been receiving quite a few inquiries from law students and grad students who are writing about the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act, the Earth Liberation Front and Animal Liberation Front, the SHAC 7 and the Green Scare. What’s really inspiring to me is that there have also been many students as young as high school. How amazing is that?
Anyway, it reminded me that I had not posted this article I wrote for the Vermont Law Review on “eco-terrorism” and the Green Scare.
