Vermont Law Review Article on “Eco-Terrorism” and the Green Scare

vermont_law_reviewI’ve been receiving quite a few inquiries from law students and grad students who are writing about the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act, the Earth Liberation Front and Animal Liberation Front, the SHAC 7 and the Green Scare. What’s really inspiring to me is that there have also been many students as young as high school. How amazing is that?

Anyway, it reminded me that I had not posted this article I wrote for the Vermont Law Review on “eco-terrorism” and the Green Scare.

I am of course more than happy to continue talking with folks on the phone or email, I just thought this might be a useful resource as well.

    That's funny because I have long wanted to share my research paper on AETA with you. In fact, I sent it to Pier 5 (the firm representing the "California 4" when the indictments were first handed down and am still in contact with them and assisting some on the motions. Would you like to post my paper in order to provide an additional resource to other students? I would also love to be reachable to any students who would like to contact me on the issue. I am a PhD student at the University of Georgia.
