The remaining SHAC 7 defendants were sentenced today. Andrew Stepanian received the maximum sentence of 36 months in prison, and Darius Fullmer was sentenced to 12 months, 1 day.
Both were ordered to pay into the $1,000,001 restitution.
Andy must turn himself in to begin his sentence within 15 days, and Darius must turn himself in [...]
