According to Peta, you are not a true ARA if you use the word welfare as in “animal welfare” and yet they use it themselves. A recent, absurdly self congratulatory post by one of their spokesmen regarding KFC….” “PETA, “thrilled to announce” what it characterizes as an “historic new animal welfare plan,” “enormous victory,” and “historic victory!” has officially ended its boycott of KFC Canada. But PETA warns that “the cruelty in other nations continues.”

Does anyone else see the word “welfare in that statement? I abhor their donning of KKK robes in a campaign against dog shows that is appalling in it’s idiotic offense to people of color, and the demeaning of all holocaust victims with their chicken campaign. As an ex member, I know what I am talking about. Can anyone say cult of teens and twenties females (mostly) parroting Nutty Newkirks “newspeak” and ditching their clothes because a cloud blew over their heads?
They originally had good intentions but now do more harm for the rights of animals than 5 million pig farms and and all of the circuses in the world combined.

I abhor that misguided but well intentioned people donate to peta thinking that peta saves animals. HA! Peta puts animals to death themselves and freely and smugly and self righteously admit it. They euthanize dogs and cat by the thousands without even an attempt to wait the requisite 3 to 5 days before doing so and yet scream “bloody murder” over every other creature. They rake in over 30 million a year, most of which goes in “recruiting new members”. The rest in self promotion. They have become their own circus act and an impediment to real animal rights activists.

Please, give your money to any group but them, when you join all you get is constant requests for more money anyway. When will the madness end? When will we stop giving them the credibility they DO NOT DESERVE?

If someone gave you 30 million dollars this year, don’t you think you could do better in one year than Peta has in 20? I know I could.

I think most reasonable people would disagree that spraypainting racist messages is “standard graffiti.” Are you saying that people shouldn’t be concerned about this, because the building vandalized belongs to a group you disagree with?
