Second, as you are aware the government is singling out environmental and animal rights activists for "terrorism enhancements," disproportionate sentences, etc. The full weight of the government is being brought down on these activists for political purposes... unlike non-political criminals. I think that is worthy of a benefit. Joe:
First, as clarification, these prisoners are not all convicted arsonists.
