Hard to prove intent sometimes as is a bit like "mind-reading" however, due to my complete lack of faith in the judicial system,this burden on the prosecution could be "thwarted" as has been done numerous times before. This stuff (the new "Red" and "Eco-Terrorism" is new to me (I been busy rescuing animals) but it is starting to feel like 1968 all over again. Then I was fighting for "Social Justice" for people (but have since changed to fighting for environmental justice & animal rights. I have lived long enough to realize that I dont like people much, well, that is, the VAST majority of them; but when it comes to the earth and the animals, well, how can one NOT care (or get involved?) My father always used to say, and this is an important part of his legacy to me,.....IF YOU ARE NOT PART OF THE SOLUTION, YOU ARE PART OF THE PROPLEM.
