NO! And they don't give a shit! The scientists and engineers those companies employ DO know how dangerous it is, but for the small salaries those CEOs pay them, they keep their mouths shut.  Then there is the poison they pour into the ground to get out the last cubic centimeter of gas.  They know it will poison (i.e., kill) humans when they drink water from the aquifer they get their drinking water from.  Yes, it is going to kill a lot of people. But the CEOs don't care (they just look at the bottom line). No, they don't care. Never have! Never will!  But the scientists and engineers know. And they are not sub-human like the CEOs.
