It is a fact of biology and evolution that human beings are designed to eat meat. That is reality. Those of you who wish to starve yourselves based on an ignorant, foolish notion of “animal rights”, go ahead and do so. But when you presume to use threats of violence- whether directly as in the case of the cowardly terrorist vermin who threatened Manrique's wife and infant child, or indirectly through the use of government force- then you become a force for evil, the enemy of the human species.

You vegan supremacists are like the Christian Coalition, the KKK, the Iranian mullahs, the Catholic Church, etc. You are cut from the same cloth as they, and motivated by the same insidious goals. Dangerous anti-humans whose REAL goal is not the good of animals, or of humans, but merely to terrorize and subjugate your fellow human beings, to use threats of violence to force them to be just like you. You may not be the “worst kind” of terrorists, but you most certainly are dangerous and evil, and you WILL be stopped.

Note, also, that Bourdain was not talking about “vegetarians” in general, but specifically those disgusting nazi wannabes who wish to force their lifestyle on others.

Mostly extremely rich people, dining at very exspensive restaurants, in the form of foie gras pate. I’ve heard it goes well with shaved truffles & champagne.

Yet perhaps it is indeed all in ‘jest;’ Bourdain does admittedly look quiet the fool these days with his tight hipster jeans, slick shades (as much of a cultivated personal accessory as Guy Fieri’s, who he disparges at every chance) and posey-haughty leather face. And he does seem a man who would apparently gladly dance about for the royality, given the right price and stature.
