You are mistaken. The law targets animal rights activists, it does not affect hunters.

I am a farmer and rancher in the state of NC.I have had a long term and on going problem with rogue deer dog hunters who have adopted gang like and domestic terrorist criminal behavior for over 20 years now. They direct hinder my Consitutional right to earn a decent living.I have had my property vandalized, death threats, cows(beef) killed in drive by shootings ect.I am grateful for this law because I am tired of special interest groups thinking that a privelege to hunt overrides the right to earn a living. My private property is not a another's personal recreational area.Just because i have a state issued driver's liecense does not give me the right to use your privately owned car without your consent or knowledge.I for one am grateful for this law...do you like eating foreign food....put the small family farms out of business and see how much you pay for a loaf of bread and wonder what is in it.It is a agriculture business...yes the mega farms are full of problems and valid reasons for concern..they need to be watched but work with in the laws.I have a case pending using this law and for the first time in 22 years I have had only 6 criminal incidents instead of 30 per year.We all have the same rights as Americans just just special interest groups.I sell my cows "locally" and the buyer selects the cow they want butchered and we agree to raise it within certain guidelines.I believe that domestic food animal are "living Property" ,they feel pain, and even emptions.Even if there life is short they deserve to have a safe and happy life for as long as possible.I believe they should be humanely slaughter and not suffer unecessarily.I do not feel that 84 days out of the year,24/7/365 they should have to endure being chased ba pack of deer hunting dogs that were bred to chase anything that has a scent and runs. These dogs were bred to run down large game animals: deer, bear, wild boar ect somebody forgot to train them not to chase domestic animals. In my personal opinion they are potentially dangerous dogs.

Uncle B, Bush is a real piece o work, I agree. I moved here to Austin, Texas from Illinois, when he was the governor, right before he became president and BOY was I in for a shock! The government here is so oppressive and the native Texans do not know it. It is very sexist and they are the second to last in the US for educational excellence. Texas wants to put an argument to the existence of Global warming in science classes here! They do not believe in sex education or drivers education, or even textbooks! This fucking state is so rich with oil, but do they help the kids educationally? The only people in Texas who know how messed up it is are the ones who moved here from somewhere else, and THEY ARE SHOCKED too! I actually feel that I have no rights here, quite a change from Chicago, IL. Imagine living in a place that LOVES him. If people and places can make you sick, then imagine the depth of the disease here where he was raised!

Bush is OUT! Obama is in! Almost by National Proclamation! Bush is a sick individual, paranoid and probably a sociopath murderer - ask anyone in Iraq! Once he is gone, the truth about his mental health will out and the world will know why we suffered so much. Americans will never, ever elect a spoiled sick son of a rich elitist again! They have had this lesson driven home in their minds by sub prime mortgages, high oil prices, rampant inflation and loss of freedoms held dear to their hearts. It is all over except for the formalities. Thank God!

Absolutely great letter! I agree 100% with your assertion that the financial bottom line is all that matters to these companies. Apparently, Calvinism - which was outlawed decades ago - is alive and well and thriving in American corporations. (Calvinism is the belief that if you make money from it, anything is OK.) I don't think you're terrorists at all! (My, my aren't people throwing around that term a lot these days.) But maybe you should consider it! :)

Love,
