Meet the “Terrorists”

The Animal Liberation Front, Earth Liberation Front, and people who support them are labeled the “number one domestic terrorism threat,” according to the FBI. From time to time I’ll be posting videos of the kind of activity that is being labeled “terrorism” by corporations and the politicians that represent them.
To start things off, this is the trailer from a DVD, “Animal Liberation: history in the making,” that compiles some old ALF and ELF footage. I think it gives a pretty good idea of both the criminal activity (rescuing animals, breaking windows) and legal activity (encouraging “direct action” with music-video-style segments like this) that we’re talking about.
What do you think? Is this terrorism?

Nick, I think that even beats out my previous favorite (ridiculous) ads: John McCain for president, and a counter-terrorism surveillance program. Although, you probably shouldn’t click on “military love” at work.
The day saving individuals becomes terrorism, it means that the world has ended. Terror is what animals face every single day until they’re saved by HEROES!

Wow, Ian, that’s a pretty amazing revelation, now I’ll go back to thinking that I as a human being have divine right to reign over and utilize the blur of creatures beneath me until i gain the ultimate control over the ecological world——- NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No one on this blog said that animals or you have souls, and no one said they or the human species should be considered individuals. But…..congratulations… your thesis illustrates the big picture of what is wrong with our culture.

I LOVE the ALF!! HEROES. Terrorists are politicans and John Mccain’s Sarah Palin girl who is/was the governor of Alaska and is all for aerial gunning of wolves and oil drilling/polar bear trophy hunting.
And of course Bush.
She is the one who should be put it jail for years.
Same with many many other people, but NOT animal rights activists.
