so the extra estrogen found in soybeans.. is usually only in the gmo’d soybeans.. not the all natural organic non modified beans.. so if you can find any at all.. those would be the ones to eat..

Hormones!!! You don’t know hormone hell till you get to menopause! I was vegetarian for 5 or so years - still gobbling up that dairy and cheese (for my aching arthritis)…. The hot flashes over 6 years were miserable - Went vegan 6 months ago…. within this time my hot flashes has all but disappeared, I lost 20 lbs of “baby fat” and my bones don’t hurt anymore. Animal products as “food” are filled with all sorts of health detracting negatives. For me, the worst of it was the hormones in milk and dairy - And if we must discuss growing breasts - what about the 8 year old girls now, who are entering their menstral cycles years before time because of the RBGH in dairy???? What is milk and meat doing to good little omnivore boys I ask?

Actually its a well documented fact that eating too much chicken makes men grow breasts discovered in Greece when the kids went into national service and ate it every day. I AM NOT TRYING TO ENCOURAGE ALL YOU BREAST LOVING MEN TO GO AND EAT MORE CHICKEN EITHER!!
Soya reduces risk of breast cancer in women too and reduces the symptoms of the menopause. Its all good.
If it turns men gay then what the hell does it do to women? Turn em onto Marilyn Monroe???? hahaha You wish!

I really like that in his article he blames SOY based food for causing the obesity epidemic. Really? Seriously?? He honestly believes that the fat people in this country are the ones eating tofu?!? Yeah, sure… THAT’s the cause. People in america are overweight not because they eat buttr and french fries (covered in cheese! and bacon! and dipped in ranch dressing!) and big macs and a little ice cream for dessert. Our country is overweight because of all the goddamn tofu eating vegans.

So yeah, I was raised on soy formula (I got cholic from dairy) and now I’m vegan… but wait shouldn’t I not be engaged to a beautiful woman… Hell my brother had the same problem with dairy and he’s the biggest homophobe out there. So yeah there goes that from personal experience. Additionally, the CCF needs to get thier heads out of thier but or change their name to the Center for Materialistic Freedom, I hate them so much. People need to knock off the scare mongering, and wake up America, this is all done just to take our attention away from larger societal issues.

Here’s how I know for a fact that soy cannot femenize a man to any notable degree: The men who are thinking of paying thousands for a sex change and those who cannot afford one were not lined up in front of me at the tofu counter today. Case closed.
