If {a} kills {b} by accident, e.g., {b} runs in front of {a'}s car, do we then have to assert that {a} is a terrorist? Obviously not...

In fact, in the case of the gyrocopter death, if hunters accepted that hunting is now unlawful in the UK, and found something more useful and constructive to do with their spare time, then surely
the death would not have occurred anyway?

One thing is certain: Many people will *NOT* be mourning the hunt supporter's death. Myself included.

Here’s the report two days later :
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/4977988/Man-due-in-court-over-gyrocopter-murder-of-hunt-supporter.html

Notice that the (pro-hunt ?) 2nd reporter gets it wrong:
‘Mr Morse, 48, died after he was hit by the aircraft at Long Marston, near Stratford-upon-Avon, as he followed a hunt.’

But if the first report was correct, that is, that the hunt was 13 miles from the airfield, Mr Morse seems to have been following the gyrocopter, not the hunt.
Also Anonymous, it really isn’t clear whether or not it was an accident.
I’d hope it was an accident.
Though I personally wouldn’t go any where near a gyrocopter –they’re too dangerous, for me, that is. Maybe the hunter was mad, angry I mean, and didn’t think about what he was doing, on an airfield.

Joe, I think what you’re trying to say is that now animal rights activists have killed someone, it’s terrorism ? I’d agree with you, if it wasn't an accident, and if people felt terrorised only by death, but they don’t. People can be terrorised by many things. Many people can be terrorised by living near to a slaughter house, knowing that animals of species other than their own, are being killed in there.

If the hunter weren't there, he'd still be alive. What kind of logic is that?

Joe - it is clear that this was an accident. In fact, perhaps the hunter should be nominated for a Darwin Award.

Animal rights "activist" now can no longer claim no one has been killed by their actions. Is it terrorism yet?
